PRESENTATION REQUIREMENTS
1. The
SB04SEA conference aims to stimulate dialogue therefore
authors are encouraged to discuss the
conclusions of their work
in addition to presenting the facts. Authors will be
given 10 minutes to present
their works and
conclusions and another 10 minutes for questions and
answers.
2. The presentation materials
must be prepared for use with a computer slide show
(
PC-LCD projection). The
slides must be
prepared in Microsoft Power Point XP with the image
should be embedded in the file which is to be
presented.
Presenters are requested to copy their slide show
presentation in a CD where this will be downloaded into
a
master computer.
This is an attempt to run the session in true end
avoiding technical faults arising from misconnections
and
incompatibilities.
3.
Authors must hand over the copy of their presentation
(in CDs) to The Secretariat room at AIRBUS
(Ground Floor) of the
Conference Hall, 24 hours before the presentation.
