The General Registration offers participation in
the Technical programme, welcome reception, Conference Banquet, Opening Ceremony,
Exhibition, Name Badge and Conference Kit
- *Student Registration offers participation in the

must provide proof of full time school attendance. Additional payment will be required for
attendance at Banquet.
- Registration for Accompanying Person includes
participation at welcome reception, Banquet and Name Badge.

| REFUNDS AND
CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations
must be in writing. A full refund less USD 100 administration fee will be granted, if
received by 30th September 2004. Cancellations received after 30th
September and no-shows are non-refundable. Substitutions are permissible prior to 15th
November 2004.
